Thanks to the collaboration with Unicorn Mobility, the Tombolo Thalasso Resort fully embraces micro-mobility! E-bikes will be made available to our guests, available from May to October for a total of 16 hours per day (07.00 - 23.00). Additional kit is also available, such as the charging rack and Kids seat.

In the wellness centre's gym you can work out or use the new Panatta Sport equipment to keep fit: treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, weights and numerous other machines are available for a complete workout. An experienced personal trainer can, by appointment, provide a personalised training programme and follow your activity.

At the Tombolo Thalasso Resort you can take part in daily yoga sessions, adaptable to your abilities, paying particular attention to your breathing, thus helping you to live better, with greater awareness, strength of mind and physical and mental well-being. Classes are held at our private beach and/or in our spacious gardens.

For water sports enthusiasts, the Tombolo Thalasso Resort offers the possibility of renting KAYAKS, SURF TABLES and SUP directly from the beach. The Donoratico FIV sailing club just a few metres from the resort offers the opportunity to take part in sailing courses for beginners on request.

The beautiful beaches framed by unspoilt, wild Mediterranean vegetation allow for long walks while breathing in the regenerating sea aerosol. The vast and luxuriant pine forest of Marina di Castagneto, besides being a green lung of the area, is the ideal place for walks and bicycle rides, a destination for sportsmen who make it their natural gym. Walking after sunset among the sand dunes (tomboli), you can smell the heady and intense perfume of wild lilies pervading the air.
