Info and Policy

Reservation for treatments is compulsory in order to guarantee you the best service.

For reservations, please contact Reception by calling 0524 582325; or send an email to spa@grandhotelsalsomaggiore.com.

Hotel guests can call directly from their room by dialling 4514. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment in order to start your moment of relaxation on time. We regret to inform you that in the event of a delay, the treatment will be of shorter duration.

Each treatment can be cancelled by 7 p.m. on the previous day. Otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

Children under 3 years of age are not allowed in the spa.

Children/Youth from 3 to 14 years old (inclusive) are only allowed access to the main pool and the relaxation area with the herbal tea lounge, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and must be accompanied by an adult

Shouting, talking loudly, running around the pool, diving and playing games in the water are prohibited. Minors between 15 and 17 years of age may access all the services of the Spa

When making your reservation, please inform the Spa Reception desk of any physical conditions, allergies, or anything else that may affect your choice of treatment.

We would also like to point out the following contraindications: acute illnesses, allergies to iodine, thyroid disorders, hypertension, dermatological lesions (sores, open wounds), heart disorders, recent heart attacks, heart disease, high blood pressure, malignant neoplastic diseases, chemotherapy treatments that have been carried out for less than six months.

For pregnant women, treatment is possible from the fourth month.

The Management accepts no liability for the loss or damage of valuables within the entire SPA area.

We recommend that you do not wear jewellery during the spa journey as
as the water can oxidise them, and to come without jewellery for treatments in the cabin.
