The Wellness Circuit of the Grand Hotel Salsomaggiore includes access to the entire wellness area of the SPA with swimming pools, saunas, Turkish bath, Kneipp circuit, relaxation area, herbal tea corner, seasonal solarium, and outdoor gardens.
For hotel guests, SPA access is unlimited and does not require a reservation, providing an even more exclusive and relaxed wellness experience.
On Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends, and public holidays, afternoon access will instead be organized into two 2-hour time slots, subject to availability and reservation:
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
This limitation does not apply to guests staying in Suites and Junior Suites, for whom free access to the SPA is always guaranteed.
The SPA kit provided in your room includes a bathrobe, towel, slippers, and a swim cap. Any additional bathrobes are available for a supplement of €8, to be charged to your room.

Children
Children under the age of 3 are not allowed access to the Spa.
Children/Teenagers from 3 to 14 years old can exclusively access the main pool and the relaxation area with the herbal tea corner, and the presence of an adult is required.
Shouting, speaking loudly, running along the poolside, diving, and bringing water toys are strictly prohibited. Minors from 15 to 17 years old can access all Spa services.
Circular Thermal Water Pool
Our whirlpool bath is supplied with bromine-bromine-iodine thermal water, a natural resource rich in mineral salts, including sodium, bromine, and iodine. Thanks to its therapeutic properties, it promotes muscle relaxation, stimulates blood circulation and has beneficial effects on the skin, helping to improve cell metabolism and alleviate rheumatic and joint pain. Hydromassage amplifies these effects, offering a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.
Whirlpool tub
Over 267 m² in size, with an opening glass roof and circular whirlpool station, it is surrounded by an elegant relaxation area, ideal for forgetting the tensions of everyday life.
Finnish Sauna 90° and Biosauna 60°
The 90° Finnish sauna and the 60° bio-sauna give the body an enveloping feeling of warmth. Both are a panacea for the body: they purify the skin, have a beneficial effect on circulation and regenerate the spirit.
The steam bath is a regenerating treatment for the body. The heat causes the pores to dilate, promotes the elimination of impurities, has a positive effect on the nervous system and is an excellent ally for preventing or alleviating respiratory disorders. Emotional showers, ice waterfall, bucket shower, but also a relaxation area and a herbal tea room where you can enjoy a cup of tea and continue to dedicate yourself to your wellbeing.
In addition to being a valuable aid as a natural anti-inflammatory for the muscles, it allows vasoconstriction of the capillaries in the lower limbs after steam bath or sauna sessions.
