Booking & Cancellation

To ensure attentive and personalized service, reservations for all SPA treatments are mandatory.

You may book by visiting the Front Desk, calling +39 0573 609625, or emailing spa@valdilucesparesort.it.

Guests staying at our Abetone spa hotel can conveniently book directly from their room by dialing extension 625.

To fully enjoy your wellness experience, we invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late arrival, your treatment time may be reduced to respect the schedule of subsequent guests, while the full cost of the service will remain unchanged.

Cancellations are permitted until 7:00 PM the day before the appointment. After this deadline, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged.

Extended access to the wellness circuit is available exclusively upon prior reservation, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Kids and Teens

Access to the SPA for minors is permitted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, within specific time slots.

From 5:00 PM onwards, the wellness area is reserved exclusively for adult guests (ages 16+).

Children and minors may only access the main pool, the emotional pool, and the relaxation area, and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time slot.

Health status

At the time of booking, we kindly ask you to inform us of any physical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may influence your choice of treatment.

Our Spa has contraindications for guests with acute pathologies, iodine allergies, thyroid disorders, hypertension, skin lesions, heart disease, recent heart attacks, malignant neoplastic pathologies, or those who have undergone chemotherapy treatments within the last six months.

For expectant mothers, treatments are permitted starting from the fourth month of pregnancy.

We also invite parents to pay close attention to the safety and hydration of children, ensuring there is no running or diving within the SPA area.

What to Wear

Upon entry to the SPA, we will provide you with:

A bathrobe

A bath towel

Slippers

The use of a swimsuit is mandatory within the wellness center. Should you require one, swimwear is available for purchase at the SPA Reception. Swimming caps are not mandatory.

Personal Valuables

Locker rooms with secure lockers are available for personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables in your room safe or with the Hotel Front Desk.

Valuables Management assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of valuables within the SPA area.

We advise against wearing jewelry during the wellness circuit or in-cabin treatments, as water and products may oxidize or damage them.

Tips

Suggestions for Maximum Well-being To make your experience even more enjoyable:

Communicate your needs and preferences to our therapists.

Take a warm shower before treatments to promote muscle relaxation.

We kindly ask you to turn off or silence your mobile phone during your stay in the SPA.

In the presence of any medical condition, it is essential to inform our staff at the time of booking.
