Booking & Cancellation

Advance booking is required for all treatments to ensure the best possible service.

To make a reservation, please contact the Spa Reception by calling +39 0573 609625 or by emailing spa@valdilucesparesort.it.

Hotel guests can also book directly from their room by dialing 625.
To fully enjoy your wellness experience, we kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
Please note that in case of late arrival, the duration of the treatment may be reduced accordingly.

Cancellations are accepted until 7:00 PM on the day before your appointment. After this time, the full amount will be charged.

We remind you that extending access to the wellness path is possible only upon reservation and subject to availability, with an additional fee.

Kids and Teens

Minors are allowed to access the Spa from 10:00 AM during designated time slots, but no later than 5:00 PM, as from 5:00 PM onwards the Spa is reserved exclusively for adult guests.
They may use only the main pool, the sensory pool, and the relaxation area with beverages, strictly under the supervision and accompaniment of an adult.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability of your preferred time and treatment.

Health status

When booking, please kindly inform the Spa Reception of any physical conditions, allergies, or other factors that may affect the choice of your treatment.

We also wish to inform you of the following contraindications: acute illnesses, iodine allergies, thyroid disorders, hypertension, skin lesions (sores, open wounds), heart conditions, recent heart attacks, heart disease, arterial hypertension, malignant neoplastic diseases, and chemotherapy treatments performed within the last six months.

For pregnant women, treatments are permitted starting from the fourth month.
We kindly ask parents to pay particular attention to the safety and hydration of their children, and to prevent them from diving or running to avoid accidents.

What to Wear

At the SPA you will be given a bathrobe, bath towel and a pair of slippers. Swimming costumes are worn in our wellness centre. If you do not have one, you can purchase it at SPA reception. The use of a bathing cap is not obligatory.

On arrival you will find changing rooms with lockable lockers in which you can leave your personal belongings. We recommend that you leave all valuables in the safe in your room or in the custody of the Hotel reception; the SPA accepts no liability in the event of loss.

Personal Valuables

The management accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of valuables within the entire Spa area.

We recommend not wearing jewelry during the spa journey, as water may cause oxidation, and to arrive without jewelry for treatments in the treatment rooms.

Tips

Please inform the therapist of your needs to ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness during your treatment.
To promote muscle relaxation, we recommend taking a warm shower before your treatments.
We kindly ask our guests to turn off their mobile phones while in the Spa.
If you have any medical conditions, please inform our staff at the time of booking.

Gift voucher

A gift voucher is the perfect gift for a special person. You can have any SPA package, treatment or product included in the Gift that you will be issued to give to the person you wish to give the gift to. They are non-refundable.
